Grandstands can be designed and engineered by our in-house staff or fabricated as per blueprints supplied by the customer.

Permanent grandstands can be fabricated with either aluminum floor boards and bench seats or the new alternative - pultruded fiberglass floorboards and seats.

Grandstands are supported with a galvanized steel sub-structure .

Anti-skid surfaces, handrails, side and back fence and stairways
are build to code and ensure spectator comfort and safety.

Quick Sit offers renovation planning and service to upgrade or retrofit existing grandstands based on topographical and seating requirements.

We inspect and re-engineer existing grandstands when customers choose to renovate rather than replace them for the following reasons:

• economical feasibility
• to preserve the character of the original seating facility
• to upgrade unsafe materials to new, innovative products that ...better meet the safety code.

In addition to extruded aluminum planking, Quick Sit offers an alternative; pultruded fiberglass plank.

Advantages of fiberglass benches are:

• does not absorb water like wooden plank.
• does not conduct heat, so seats are more comfortable in cold temperatures.

Our Quick Sit shops are equiped with state-of-the-art equipment including: a clear span 5-ton overhead crane, plasma cutter, a variety of welding equipment and processes, a 90 ton iron worker, milling machines, acid tank galvanizing removal, automatic welding equipment, picker truck and a large storage yard.

Our facilities are staffed with highly skilled tradesme including CWB certified welders.
